Kingwood Garden Center is a complete redesign of a WordPress site with years of existing content. The new site is visually appealing and well organized.

This redesign included quite a bit of custom code:
- Custom post types for displaying featured products and services along with navigation buttons.
- A custom staff member plugin based on the Simple Staff List plugin in the WordPress repository. This version is customized for the Genesis Framework to create an archive page of staff members in groups. The individual staff member pages include a previous and next page to scroll through staff members in the current group.
- Incorporates CMB2 to content metaboxes for a custom What’s New page. This provides easy formatting without having to know HTML.
- The Event Calendar plugin to create and RSVP for events.
- Envira Gallery plugin to create beautiful responsive photo galleries easily.
- SuperSide Me – A premium plugin by Robin Cornett that simplifies the management of the mobile menu. A perfect example of an adaptive vs responsive display by combining the menus so that visitors can easily find what they’re looking for from a mobile device.
