Hi Jackie, those do look like candy canes! One thing I miss about Houston is being able to grow the amaryllis in the ground outside, although they bloomed in spring. Have the best of holidays!

How tall is Mini Fanfare? Would it look good in a planter with a tall red or a tall white?

Tall white I guess.
It only grows about 12″ tall which is perfect for small pots. You do not have to worry about them toppling over.
