Macro Monday: Up Close, Perspective and Light

When I am shooting images close up, sometimes the results are mixed. A lot depends on the light, subject matter, perspective, angles, or whether my hands were steady enough. The more you shoot, the more similarites you find on what makes an image appealing. Here are a few of my favorites from this week.

  2. What gorgeous photographs… particularly liked the closeup rose petals… beautiful colours… the amazingly green grasshopper and the contrasting texture of the old metal bells…
